Your contact details, answers and attachments are stored securely. Media68 does not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.

Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, project delivery, and applicable legal or business record-keeping requirements.

You may contact Media68 to ask about, correct or request deletion of your information.

Necessary (always on). Small amounts of data stored by your browser so the portal works: keeping your place in the scoping form, keeping an admin sign-in session, and protecting against abuse. These cannot be switched off, as the service would not function without them.

Analytics (off by default). Optional measurement cookies that help us understand how the site is used. They are only set if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Choosing "Reject non-essential" means no analytics cookies are set at all.

Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies necessary to process a payment securely.
